Risk management procedure for the electrification of the Eifel line

By the end of 2026, approximately 210 km of railway lines in the German Eifel region are set to be electrified. To ensure rapid implementation, an innovative railway power supply system operating at 2AC 2x25 kV 16.7 Hz will be deployed, running in parallel with the overhead line system.
