Enotrac was one of the most professional and competent electrical engineering organisations I had the pleasure of working with. In addition to licensing its modelling software to Sydney Trains, Enotrac were engaged to provide a number of services, including modelling and assessing the DC traction network under different conditions and timetables, traction return studies, regenerative energy saving studies as well as developing various power modelling tools to be used for our internal team (e.g., thermal assessment, DCCB protection etc.). I was always confident in their ability to provide technical advice and were the go-to company for complex problems. The team was always professional, had a positive attitude and always accommodating during difficult periods.
Enotrac hat für den Freistaat Bayern bei mehreren SPNV-Netzen geprüft, wie der bisherige Dieselverkehr auf umweltfreundlichere Antriebe umgestellt werden könnte. Die persönliche und fachliche Zusammenarbeit war sehr angenehm. Gemeinsam mit Enotrac haben wir den Untersuchungsumfang mehrfach an aktuelle Erkenntnisse angepasst, wobei sich das Unternehmen sehr flexibel zeigte. Die Ergebnisse der Gutachten bilden nun die Grundlage für die Planungsaufträge des Freistaats an die Eisenbahninfrastrukturunternehmen.
Enotrac provided support to the Project with two Induced Voltage Studies in an electrified railway environment. They were quick to comprehend the brief and the Project programme in a timely and supportive manner making useful suggestions along the way.
