FLP has renewed its tram fleet and has been operating its new TRAMLINK vehicles since 2022. The maintenance work is carried out by FLP employees with technical and logistical support from the manufacturer. In this context, FLP commissioned Enotrac to assess the conformity of the existing maintenance system in accordance with EU Regulation 779/2019.
Our services in the project
- Analysis of the existing maintenance organisation and the responsibilities assigned to the ECM1, ECM2, ECM3, and ECM4 roles
- Providing basic training on Regulation EU 779/2019 and sensitisation of the management team to the responsibilities and tasks corresponding to the roles ECM1 to ECM4
- Systematic analysis of the existing maintenance system and processes for the maintenance management role (ECM1)
- Identification of non-conformities and potential for improvement, and the development of corrective measures during work meetings
- Analysing outsourced maintenance activities
